Why Do My Products Take So Long To Deliver?

Most of our products are custom-made which is why it can take from 1-6 weeks for your order to arrive. We can assure you that we are working very hard to get your order out and we will not rest until you have a huge smile on your face! We can't wait to deliver that smile to your doorstep very soon :)

How Long Does It Typically Take To Receive My Order?

Most of our products ship within 1-6 weeks via USPS priority mail with a tracking number unless otherwise stated on the specific product page. Some items will arrive in as soon as two days and some items may take up to 6 weeks to arrive. We will send out tracking information to you as soon as your package ships!

What is a Closeout Collection?

Some of our products are listed in closeout collections. These collections consist of products that are being temporarily discontinued. Because we have a large number of products and want to keep up with the latest styles for our customers, we regularly put products into these collections, where once sold out they will be discontinued for a minimum of one year and will not be available again during that time. Similarly, our seasonal collections are only available once a year, and are closed out at the end of each season.

Will You Ship My Order Even After Discontinued Products Are Removed From Your Store?

Yes! Our team will be working non-stop to make sure you get your product in a timely manner. Just because we are discontinuing a jewelry collection does not mean that our job is done. We will not rest until every customer has their order in a timely manner and is more than thrilled with their experience.

How Does Your Return Process Work?

To process a return, please email us at support@christianlifestylecollections.com and request a return label. Once you have received your return label, return the items you received to the address listed below:
