Why Do My Products Take So Long To Deliver?

Most of our products are custom-made which is why it can take from 1-6 weeks for your order to arrive. We can assure you that we are working very hard to get your order out and we will not rest until you have a huge smile on your face! We can't wait to deliver that smile to your doorstep very soon :)

How Long Does It Typically Take To Receive My Order?

Most of our products ship within 1-6 weeks via USPS priority mail with a tracking number unless otherwise stated on the specific product page. Some items will arrive in as soon as two days and some items may take up to 6 weeks to arrive. We will send out tracking information to you as soon as your package ships!

Will You Still Be Delivering My Order Before Christmas?

Yes! If you ordered during our Christmas delivery guarantee time period (from November 27 or before), those orders will still arrive before Christmas. If you ordered after, we will try our absolute best to make sure that your order arrives before Christmas but we can not make any promises. We won’t sacrifice our quality – even it means taking a little longer to ship!

Will You Ship My Order Even After Discontinued Products Are Removed From Your Store?

Yes! Our team will be working non-stop to make sure you get your product in a timely manner. Just because we are discontinuing our jewelry collection does not mean that our job is done yet. We will not rest until every customer has their order in a timely manner and is more than thrilled with their experience.

How Does Your Christmas Delivery Guarantee Work?

Great question! It's simple. If you placed your order under our Christmas Delivery Guarantee and do not receive your order before December 25th, you are entitled to a full refund if you send the complete order back to us. If you do not return your order, you will not receive a refund.
